Purpose
Operation of a non-commercial, informational platform for contact between adult individuals resident in Austria who are considering a private sperm donation.
Legal status
The platform is not a medical facility under the Austrian Reproductive Medicine Act (FMedG) and does not engage in commercial brokering of sperm (FMedG §16(2)). All arrangements, meetings, and donations happen exclusively between members on their own responsibility. The platform is neither a party nor an intermediary in the donation itself.

Content is published by members themselves. We do not verify medical statements and do not guarantee their accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for content or for consequences of use.

Online dispute resolution
