What we process

We process only the data needed to operate the platform: your email address for authentication, your profile information, your messages, and technical log data for safe operation. Medical fields (semen analysis, STI tests, blood group) are voluntary.

Legal bases

Performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legitimate interests in safe operation (Art. 6(1)(f)), and your explicit consent for special categories of personal data (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).

Retention

Profile and account data until you delete your account. Verification documents are deleted after the check is complete. Log data is automatically removed after a short period.

Recipients and hosting

Hosting in the European Union. For email delivery and infrastructure we use technical service providers under data processing agreements. There are no transfers to third countries.

No trackers, no advertising

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, third-party trackers, or pixels. We do not sell data and do not process data for advertising purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection at any time. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. You may lodge complaints with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).

Security

Data is transmitted encrypted and stored in line with current technical standards. As with any online service, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
